EC Commissioned officers with less than 5 years service with sanction from QMG branch.
Serving JCO's are entitled car upto 1400 cc.
In theft case officer can purchase before expiry of 4 yrs period, with sanction from QMG Branch.
Ex - Service JCO'S will be entitled to get cars through CSD w.e.f 1ST Jan 2009.
